Swire Hui - Swire Real Estate is a large-scale integrated development project in Guangzhou, developed and managed by Swire Real Estate. Located in the heart of the Tianhe Central Business District of Guangzhou City, the total floor area of about 358,000 square meters (excluding cultural center), consists of a large shopping mall, two Grade A office buildings, Guangzhou's first Mandarin Oriental Hotel and hotel-style service dwelling, a cultural center, a total of 718 parking spaces. The shopping mall and office building section opened in 2011 and Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Hotel Service Dwelling opened in early 2013.
