Located in the Bank of Communications Data Processing Center (Shanghai) base of 3-3 plots, the north and south side are Shangfeng Road and Kayuan all the way, the east and west side are Zhongyang Alley and Gu Tang Road. The building area is 6923.3 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 41630.3 square meters. The ground building of this project mainly includes business processing (research and development) building (7 to 10 floors, planning height of 49.58 meters) and logistics services (comprehensive) building (7 floors, planning height of 37.43 meters). The building plane is L-shaped, the main use for data processing center, data backup, research and development testing, call agents, administrative office, as well as life support (restaurant, fitness, dormitory) and other rooms. The main monomers in this project are reinforced concrete frame structure. The exterior wall is made of stone curtain wall system, aluminum single-plate curtain wall system and glass curtain wall system.
